Per the Valley Center Western Days Board of Directors and Parade Committee:
“HiCaliber will not have or be riding horses in the 2018 Valley Center Western Days Parade.”
As there were growing concerns of safety for both participants and animals regarding this entry, we believe this eliminates any and all issues. There is no danger or reason to fear attending the parade.
